🔍 Order Tracking

  • You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.
  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

⚠️ Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

  • Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require reshipping fees.
  • Lost packages caused by incorrect addresses are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
  • Contact us immediately at support@catmemeprints.com if you notice an address error before production begins.

📦 Failed Delivery / Unclaimed Packages

  • Returned packages due to failed delivery or being unclaimed can be reshipped after the reshipping fee is paid.

✏️ Order Changes & Cancellations

Because all items are custom-made, orders can only be modified or canceled within:

  • 1 hour after placing the order

After this period, the order is automatically sent to production and can no longer be changed or canceled.
