📦 Return & Refund Policy

At Cat Meme Prints, our products are made to order and customized especially for you. For this reason, we only accept returns or issue refunds in cases where the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. 🚫 We cannot accept returns for reasons such as wrong size choice, change of mind, or personal preferences.

⏰ Return Window

You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a return or refund. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

✉️ How to Request a Return or Refund

Please email us at support@catmemeprints.com with the following information:

  • 📸 Clear photos showing the issue (e.g., damage, wrong item)
  • 📝 A short description of the problem

Once we receive your request and supporting evidence, we will evaluate the issue. If approved, we will either:

  • 💵 Issue a full or partial refund
  • 📦 Send a replacement item

In some cases, we may require the item to be returned. If so, we will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.

  • 🧼 Items must be in their original condition and packaging, unworn and unused.
  • 📮 Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • 🏷️ Please ensure your shipping address is correct we are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect address provided by the customer.
